Following recent product development, Timloc Building Products is pleased to present the new and improved OF1 1m Over Fascia Vent with a new LOW profile.
An Over Fascia Vent is used when the fascia board is fitted in the ends of the rafters, creating a situation where ventilation can only be positioned over the top of the board.
The new low profile OF1 minimises the tile uplift along the bottom row of tiles whilst providing ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening (10,000mm2).
The 1m Over Fascia Vent is available in boxed quantities of 25. Available here.
