New Ambi-Soakers

Introducing new Ambi-Soakers, the dry fix lead replacement soakers, available now from Timloc Building Products.

The product customers have been waiting for and Timloc has delivered.

Soakers help to prevent any water ingress at the abutment to a wall and provide an aesthetic finish. Using soakers also reduces the need for lead within the build, helping to deter theft and making them lightweight and easy to handle.

The Timloc range of soakers are AMBI, meaning each type can be universally installed, unlike other left and right-handed alternatives. Our patent-pending designs have a simple ‘snip-off’ process for easy installation on site and to also help reduce the stock-holding requirements for merchants.

The Ambi-Soakers’ pre-formed shapes help save costs and labour time compared to site-fabricated soakers. Simple, clean and mortar-free installation process.
