NEW 6m Clay Ridge Kit Now Available

As part of Timloc Building Products‘ continual product development, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new 6m Clay Ridge Kit to the Timloc Roofline range.

The 6m Clay Ridge Kit from Timloc Building Products is a versatile dry ridge kit designed for most clay roof ridge installations available on Next Day delivery.

• Component quantities accommodate shorter clay ridge tiles.
• Increased clip height to suit clay ridge tile thickness.
• Quick and easy installation thanks to lightweight and easy to manage components.
• Suitable for fitting in almost any wet or cold weather conditions.

The Clay Ridge Kit complies with BS 5534 Code of practice for slating and tiling and BS 5250 Code of practice for control of condensation in buildings. It also complies with all other relevant regulations & standards and independently tested complying with BS 8612.
 

Designed to be used:

• Most types of clay roof tiles
• Round or angled ridge tiles
• Most pitched roof types from 15-55°
• New build and retro-fit projects

Components Supplied in the pack:

• 1 x 6m vent roll membrane with self-adhesive flashing
• 20 x fixing screws and clamping plates
• 20 x ridge unions
• 40 x ridge union clips
• 10 x ridge batten straps

The 6m Clay Ridge Kit is available on next day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm. Remember, all orders can also be a mixed variety of Timloc products to achieve our low carriage-paid order values of £100 to branch or £150 direct to site.
