Designed to provide ventilation for suspended ground floors, the 1201XL+ has an extended 260mm lower half to suit wider walls and provide easy NHBC site inspection.

Adjustable to suit 5-7 brick courses (375mm-525mm) and suitable for cavities as narrow as 50mm, the 1201XL+ is compliant with NHBC standards and all relevant building regulations.
