As part of Timloc Building Products‘ continual product development, the NEW BBA-approved MemBreathe waterproof breather membranes have been added to the Roofline collection.

Tested in line with BS 5534:2014 Annex A, MemBreathe is available in 3 weight options for varying Zone suitability:

• 115gsm Breathable Membrane
• 135gsm Breathable Membrane
• 165gsm Breathable Membrane

Features & Benefits include:

• Available in 1m or 1.5m widths
• Suitable for warm and cold roof applications
• Independent BBA certification
• CE compliant to EN13859-1
• BS 5534:2014 compliant for wind uplift
• 3 layer waterproof membrane
• Lightweight, flexible and easy to use
